Klein Wonen Magazine asked me if I could help them improve their current marketing strategy. They were running a small website at the time which only linked to a webshop where you could download a digital .pdf of a magazine. The concept screamed for a digital transformation where it would fit the needs of readers and users in this day and age.

The website is build to cater the needs of the traveling reader who likes to read interesting articles on the go. The website is fully adaptive to any mobile device.
The content is served at specific moments in time to improve touch points. We used existing channels like social media to serve content and the website made sure the way content was served correctly.
We moved towards an advertising model which is built around website visitors and news article views. This model proved more efficient than treating the magazine like an offline magazine.
I took their their baby… and turned it into a monster. It’s obvious this project needed a lot project management. Mindsets and opinions had to change. But don’t worry, no one was harmed in the process.
